Rosanna is professor of Medieval History at the University of Molise and specializes in medieval archaeology. She has always been involved in the history of landscapes and cities with a particular focus on Southern Italy. She is and has been a member of several technical-scientific boards for the preservation and enhancement of cultural heritages, both tangible and intangible, collaborating with numerous public and private entities. She has been responsible for research projects concerning the definition of territorial arrangements in ancient and medieval times and has published several essays and monographs on the most important city realities of the Kingdom of Sicily.
